Order processing time
- In-stock products can usually be arranged for shipment within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Prepared-material products can usually be arranged for shipment within 48 hours, subject to inventory and production scheduling.
- The lead time for ODM/OEM orders will be confirmed separately based on product structure, packaging requirements, certification needs, and quantity.
- Holidays, customs inspection, severe weather, or carrier exceptions may extend the delivery timeline.
Shipping cost calculation
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, shipping method, product weight, volume, packaging method, and order quantity.
- Kitchen appliance products may involve volumetric weight, wooden cases, or reinforced packaging costs. Actual fees are subject to the quotation or order confirmation.
- If customers designate a logistics channel, freight forwarder, or platform warehouse, the related fees and operating requirements should be confirmed in advance.
International shipping and customs
- We can coordinate sea freight, air freight, express delivery, railway, or multimodal transport according to customer needs.
- Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, destination charges, and local compliance requirements are generally borne by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers should ensure that the destination country or region permits the sale and use of the relevant kitchen appliance products and complies with local certification, labeling, and plug standards.
Receiving inspection
- When receiving goods, please check the outer packaging, carton quantity, product model, and visible condition.
- If damage, shortage, or abnormalities are found, please add remarks upon receipt and provide photos, videos, and tracking information as soon as possible.
- Delayed feedback may affect logistics claims or after-sales processing efficiency.
