Scope of this policy

  • This policy applies to kitchen tools, kitchen appliances, and related accessories purchased through this website or our authorized channels.
  • ODM/OEM products, private-label items, special specifications, or projects already scheduled for production will follow the confirmed order, contract, or sample approval documents.
  • If platform rules, purchase contracts, or written agreements provide different terms, those terms will prevail.

Eligible return or replacement cases

  • The product is visibly damaged during transportation and the customer can provide delivery records, carton photos, and product photos.
  • The received model, specification, or quantity does not match the confirmed order.
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or cannot function properly under normal use.
  • Customers should contact us within a reasonable time after receipt and keep the product, packaging, accessories, manuals, and related proof.

Non-returnable cases

  • Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, or man-made damage.
  • Customized products made according to confirmed customer requirements, unless a verified quality issue exists.
  • Problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, including specifications, packaging, labels, or delivery address.
  • Products that have been used, modified, resold, or cannot remain complete for inspection.

Refund process

  • Please submit the order number, issue description, photos, videos, and other supporting materials to our sales or service team first.
  • We will review the product condition, order type, and evidence, then offer repair, replacement, spare parts, partial refund, or refund options where appropriate.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment route or another method agreed by both parties. Actual receipt time depends on the payment provider, bank, or platform rules.

After-sales support

If you experience quality issues, shipping damage, or order discrepancies, please contact us promptly. We will provide a responsible solution based on kitchen appliance inspection standards and order requirements.
